Exploring the Implementation and Quality Control Effect of Root Cause Analysis 3C Management in Sterilized Supply Centers
Objective To explore the effect of root cause analysis 3C management in disinfection supply center and its influence on quality control.Methods This study adopted a pre-and post-control experimental design,selected 16 staff working in the disinfection supply center of Wuwei Cancer Hospital as the study subjects,and implemented rou-tine management(routine group)from January to June 2023,and introduced root cause analysis 3C management(Group 3C)on the basis of routine management from July to December 2023,and extracted 500 medical devices from each group.The work quality,equipment supply quality and qualification rate of the two groups were compared.Re-sults In group 3C,the score of work efficiency was 18.35±1.17,the score of operation standard score was 18.46±1.21,the score of writing score was 18.59±1.15,and the score of aseptic consciousness score was 18.63±1.09,they were higher than 17.28±1.31,17.26±1.23,17.52±1.18 and 17.46±1.20 in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.437,2.782,2.598,2.887,all P<0.05).The equipment supply quality scores of group 3C were higher than those of conventional group,and the qualified rate of medical devices were higher than conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of root cause analysis 3C management in the disinfection supply center can improve the work quality of the disinfection supply center,im-prove the supply quality of medical devices and improve the qualified rate of medical devices.
