Research on the application of the main path model of general practice di-agnosis and treatment as service in public health management
Objective To analyze the application effect of the general practice diagnosis and treatment as the main service path model in public health management.Methods A total of 25 workers from Jinan People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.Among them,from January to December 2022,they received specialist team management,and from January to December 2023,they received general practice man-agement.The two management models were evaluated.Results The scores of diagnosis and treatment instrument use ability,diagnosis and treatment professional technical ability,interpersonal communication and coordination ability,and working environment adaptability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the dif-ference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of the quality of diagnosis and treatment(diagnosis and treatment safety,diagnosis and treatment operation,communication ability,writing instruments)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%(24/25),and the management satisfaction of the control group was 76.00%(19/25).The management satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.153,P=0.042).Conclusion The use of general practice as the main path of service in public health management can significantly improve the quality of work,technical ability,communication and coordination ability and disease knowledge cognition level,and provide strong support for improv-ing the quality and satisfaction of health services.
