Analysis on the Application Effect of Quantitative Management of Fixed Ability Grading and Performance Appraisal in Quality Nursing of Gastro-enterology Department
Objective To study the effect of quantitative management of fixed energy classification and performance ap-praisal in quality nursing of gastroenterology.Methods From January to December 2023,10 gastroenterology nurses in the Gastroenterology Department of Puai Hospital in Anlu City were included,and were managed through fixed ca-pacity grading and quantitative performance evaluation;From January to December 2022,routine performance evalua-tion management will be adopted.Compare the management effects before and after management.Result The nursing quality score after management was higher than before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of nurses with performance after management was higher than before management,and,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the high-quality nursing work of gastroenter-ology department,the nurses and patients'satisfaction with the work has been greatly improved,and the overall nurs-ing quality has also been significantly improved.
