摘要
2020年健康照护师被列为国家职业分类目录新推出职业,截至目前相关的培训教材、职业培训、服务规范、考核内容等均尚不完善.社会对健康照护师的需求较为迫切,老年照护的人才培养问题已经成为亟待解决的社会问题,正引起社会各个层面的关注.本文调查了健康照护师培训存在的现状,对于出现的问题提供合理措施.
Abstract
In 2020,health caregivers were listed as a newly launched profession in the national occupational classifi-cation directory.As of now,relevant training materials,vocational training,service standards,assessment content,etc.are not yet perfect.The demand for health caregivers in society is quite urgent,and the issue of talent cultivation in el-derly care has become an urgent social problem that needs to be solved,which is attracting attention from all levels of society.This article investigates the current situation of health care teacher training and provides reasonable measures for the problems that arise.
