Research on the Management Effect of Standardized Management Mode in Hospital Medical Record Room and Its Impact on Error in Medical Re-cords
Objective To analyze the effect of standardized management mode in hospital medical record room and its influence on the error rate.Methods Thirty staff members of Fangzi District People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and routine management was implemented from January to De-cember 2022(control group),and standardized management was implemented from January to December 2023(obser-vation group).100 medical records were selected from the two groups.The management effect of the two groups was compared.Results The score of medical record management quality in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were 2 cases of medical record errors in the observation group,which was less than that in the control group.The score of medical record management in the observation group was 95.12±3.26,which was higher than 87.59±3.15 in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.098,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized management mode is help-ful to reduce the risk of management errors and improve the quality of medical record management.
