Objective To analyze the clinical significance of applying fine management in the prevention of infectious diseases in pediatrics.Methods From October 2021 to October 2023,25 pediatric infectious disease prevention and control staff of the Third Exploration Team Staff Hospital of Shandong Coalfield Geological Bureau were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different time.From October 2021 to September 2022,they were used as routine management time(routine group).From October 2022 to October 2023,they were used as fine management time(study group).The prevention and control ability and satisfaction of infectious disease prevention and control staff in the two groups were compared.Results The prevention and control ability of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The re-search group had higher management satisfaction as 96.00%(24/25)than 76.00%(19/25)in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.152,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined management intervention in the prevention of pediatric infectious diseases is helpful to improve the prevention and control ability of infectious disease prevention and control staff,and the management satisfaction is better.
