摘要
目的 评析检验科质量管理中运用国际标准化组织(International Organization for Standardization,ISO)管理体系的作用.方法 选取2023年1-12月滕州市妇幼保健院检验科37名医务人员为研究对象,2023年1-6月采用传统管理(管理前),2023年7-12月采用ISO管理体系(管理后),对比管理前后的考核评分、检验质量.结果 管理后的理论考核成绩为(94.25±2.45)分,实践操作成绩为(93.05±2.47)分,高于管理前的(85.98±5.78)分、(86.36±6.11)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.013、6.174,P均<0.05).管理后的检验质量高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 检验科质量管理中运用ISO管理体系效果好,可以提高科室医务人员检验质量.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the role of applying the International Organization for Standardization(ISO)man-agement system in the quality management of the inspection department.Methods A total of 37 medical personnel in the clinical laboratory of Tengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.Traditional management was adopted from January to June 2023(before management),and ISO management system was adopted from July to December 2023(after management).The assessment scores and in-spection quality before and after management were compared.Results After management,the theoretical test score was 94.25±2.45,and the practical operation score was 93.05±2.47,which were higher than 85.98±5.78,86.36±6.11 of before management,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.013,6.174,both P<0.05).The test quality af-ter management were higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ISO management system in the quality management of clinical laboratory is ef-fective and can improve the inspection quality of medical staff.
