Modern hospital management requires hospitals to establish a comprehensive risk management system,ef-fectively prevent and deal with various potential security risks,ensure the safety and continuity of hospital operation,and protect the safety of patients and medical staff.This paper summarizes the significance of modern hospital safety management,summarizes the content of hospital safety risk defense mechanism,and puts forward four major measures for the establishment and application of safety risk defense mechanism in modern hospitals,namely,organizational measures,personnel measures,information measures,and conceptual measures.
