Study on the Method of Pharmacists Participating in Prescription Manage-ment in Rational Application Management of Antibiotics In Hospital
Objective To explore the clinical effect of pharmacists participating in prescription management after com-pleting rational application management of antibiotics in hospitals.Methods Thirty staff members of Dongguo Center Health Center in Tengzhou City from February 2020 to May 2023 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into two groups based on the management methods,the reference group(n=15)was managed in a conventional way,and the study group(n=15)was managed by increasing the pharmacist's participation in prescription management methods.Compared the medication management scores of the two groups.Results The scores of prescription verifica-tion,safety management,medication guidance,health guidance,risk response,and risk protection in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistical significance(all P<0.05).Conclu-sion During the application of antibiotics in hospitals,pharmacists participate in the effective application of prescrip-tion management methods,which can promote the rationality of the application of antibiotics in hospitals.
