层级+扁平化管理模式在妇产科的应用效果探讨

目的 探讨层级+扁平化管理模式在妇产科的应用效果.方法 2019年1月—2023年12月,以在吉林医药学院附属医院妇产科工作的14名护士为管理对象.其中2019年1-12月,采取常规方式进行管理.2020年1月—2023年12月构建和实施层级+扁平化管理模式.层级+扁平化管理模式管理实施后,从护士对管理模式的满意度评分、护士岗位胜任力评分等方面,比较管理模式的实施效果.结果 在层级+扁平化管理模式下,护士对工作量、工作强度、日夜班分配、工作能力分配和工作难度分配的满意度评分均高于常规管理模式,护士的责任能力、业务能力、服务能力、专研能力和自修能力评分均高于常规管理模式,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 层级+扁平化管理模式有效提高妇产科护士的岗位胜任力,提高管理满意度.
Discussion on the Application Effect of Hierarchical+Flat Management Model in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Objective To explore the application effect of hierarchical+flat management mode in obstetrics and gyne-cology.Methods From January 2019 to December 2023,14 nurses working in the obstetrics and gynecology depart-ment of the Affiliated Hospital of Jilin Medical College were administered.Among them,from January to December 2019,the management was carried out in a conventional way.From January 2020 to December 2023,the hierarchical+flat management model will be constructed and implemented.After the implementation of the hierarchical+flat management mode,the implementation effect of the management mode was compared from the aspects of nurses'satis-faction rating and nurses'competency rating.Results Under the hierarchical+flat management mode,the satisfaction scores of nurses on workload,work intensity,day and night shift allocation,work ability allocation and work difficulty allocation were higher than those of the conventional management mode,and the scores of nurses'responsibility abil-ity,business ability,service ability,research ability and self-study ability were higher than those of the conventional management mode,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical+flat management mode can effectively improve the post competency of obstetrics and gynecology nurses and improve their management satisfaction.
