Analysis of the Application Value of Nurse Grading Management Mode
Objective To analyze the application value of nursing classification management mode in nursing staff management.Methods A total of 40 nursing staff from the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.The pre-management study started and ended from January to June 2022,using conventional management.The post-management study started and ended from July to December 2022,using a hierarchical management model.The satisfaction,nursing quality,work happiness and enthu-siasm and nursing adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction score of nursing staff after management was 96.92±1.36,which was higher than 90.41±1.25 before management,and the difference was statistically significant(t=28.675,P<0.05).After management,the nursing records,basic nursing,health education,emergency response ability and nursing quality of critically ill patients were higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The work well-being and enthusiasm of nursing staff after management were better than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before management,there were 2 cases of medication error events,1 case of operation error events,2 cases of identi-fication error events,and 2 cases of fall events.After management,there was 1 case of medication error event,no op-eration error event,1 case of identification error event,and no fall event.Conclusion In the management of nursing staff,the implementation of the hierarchical management model for nurses can improve satisfaction,strengthen the sense of happiness and enthusiasm of nursing staff,improve the quality of nursing care,and reduce the occurrence of nursing adverse events.
