Research on the Use of"Internet+"Combined with PDCA Cycle in Hospi-tal Records Management
Objective To study the effect of using"Internet+"combined with PDCA cycle in hospital records manage-ment.Methods Fifty archive managers of the Central Hospital of Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture were selected as the research objects from January 2023 to January 2024,and were divided into two groups of 25 each ac-cording to different management methods;the control group was assigned 100 files,and routine file management was implemented,while the research group was assigned 100 files,and the line of"Internet+"joint PDCA cycle man-agement was implemented.The two groups were compared in terms of retrieval rate,management defects,and ar-chive management knowledge assessment scores.Results The retrieval rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the total defect rate was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).The archival management knowledge assessment score of the study group was 96.33±3.21,which was higher than 84.09±4.32 of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.954,P<0.05).Conclusion"Internet+"joint PDCA cycle application in hospital records management can improve the re-trieval rate,reduce the management of defective situations,and improve the performance of records managers in man-agement knowledge assessment.
