摘要

目的 分析计划-实施-检查-处理(Plan-Do-Check-Action,PDCA)循环管理在呼吸内科岗位管理的效果.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年3月通城县人民医院呼吸内科医师12名,将2022年1-6月期间采用常规管理模式作为对照组,2022年7月—2023年3月期间使用PDCA循环管理作为观察组,分析干预后的岗位胜任力、问卷满意度的对比情况.结果 观察组的总岗位胜任力得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).同时观察组的满意度(94.17±8.16)分高于对照组的(87.62±7.81)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.101,P<0.05).结论 PDCA循环管理能提升呼吸内科医生岗位胜任力.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of Plan-Do-Check-Action(PDCA)cycle management in respira-tory department position management.Methods 12 respiratory physicians from Tongcheng County People's Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected.The control group was treated with routine management mode from January to June 2022,and the observation group was treated with PDCA cycle management from July 2022 to March 2023.The comparison of post competency and questionnaire satisfaction after intervention was analyzed.Results The total job competency score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group was 94.17±8.16,higher than 87.62±7.81 of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=2.101,P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle management can enhance the competency of respiratory physicians.
