Application Effect Analysis of Quality Nursing Management in General Surgery Nursing Management
Objective To analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing management in general surgery nurs-ing management.Methods From January 2022 to January 2023,30 nursing staff of general surgery in Luotian County People's Hospital were selected as research subjects and divided into two groups by different management methods.The control group(n=15)received routine nursing management,and the observation group(n=15)received high-quality nursing management.The incidence of risk events,satisfaction and quality of nursing management were com-pared between the two groups.Results A total of 4 risk events occurred in the control group,and no risk events oc-curred in the observation group.The satisfaction of observation group was 100.00%(15/15),which was significantly higher than that of control group(80.00%)(12/15).After management,scores of nursing management quality,solidar-ity assistance,specialty theoretical knowledge and specialty operation skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing man-agement of general surgery,the application of high-quality nursing management model is remarkable.
