Objective To analyze the application effect of detailed thinking management mode in psychiatric nursing management.Methods A total of 15 nurses working in the psychiatric department of Baita Town Health Center in Boshan District,Zibo City,Shandong Province were selected as the research objects.From January to December 2022,routine management implemented as a routine group;from January to December 2023,the detailed thinking manage-ment mode was introduced on the basis of routine management as the inquiry group.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of work quality and professional identity in the inquiry group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the inquiry group was 100.00%(15/15),which was higher than that of the conventional group(60.00%)(9/15),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detailed thinking man-agement mode in psychiatric nursing management can effectively improve the work quality and professional identity of nursing staff,and improve management satisfaction.
