Analysis of Hospital Management Measures Under Project Management
With the rapid development and complexity of the medical industry,the traditional hospital management model has been difficult to meet the high efficiency and high quality needs of modern medical services.As a flexible and efficient management strategy,project management is increasingly used in hospital management,especially in dealing with complex and interdisciplinary medical projects.This paper analyzes the implementation framework of project management in hospitals,discusses the key management measures such as project selection and priority set-ting,project planning and implementation,risk management and personnel management.This paper also evaluates the challenges and opportunities brought by project management and puts forward relevant solutions,aiming to provide ref-erence and guidance for hospital managers to implement project management..
