Application of CBL and PBL Teaching Based on Mind Mapping in Pediat-ric Resident Training Teaching
Objective To analyze the effect of case-based learning(CBL)and problem-based learning(PBL)teaching models based on mind mapping in clinical practice teaching of standardized training of pediatric residents(resident train). Methods From September 2022 to August 2023,50 resident trainees who were rotated in the Department of Pe-diatrics of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were selected as the research objects. They were divided into study group and control group by drawing lots, with 25 students in each group. The study group ad-opted the CBL+PBL teaching method based on mind mapping, and the control group adopted the basic traditional teaching mode. After the end of the teaching, the assessment was carried out and the satisfaction survey of the resi-dents was carried out. Results The theoretical test scores and practical scores of the study group were 87.28±3.46 and 92.40±1.58,which were higher than 85.04±3.68 and 91.52±1.42 of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(t=2.218,2.072,both P<0.05);The satisfaction of teaching methods in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL+PBL teaching based on mind mapping in the standardized training of pediatric residents is superior to the tradi-tional teaching mode, which can give full play to the subjective initiative of resident trainees, improve teaching satis-faction,improve the clinical thinking of resident trainees, and improve the teaching quality of resident trainees.
