Evaluationcof the Value of Phased Learning of Digestive Endoscopy Com-bined with Case-based Teaching in the Practice Teaching of Digestive In-ternal Medicine
Objective To observe the effectiveness of the application of digestive endoscopy in the practice of gastro-enterology.Methods A total of 50 interns of Chenzhou First People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 in the Department of Gastroenterology were selected.They were group by drawing lots,with 25 in each group.The obser-vation group applied digestive endoscopy in stages and combined with case teaching.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and compared the basic theory,endoscopic map recognition,comprehensive case analysis results,teaching recognition degree and satisfaction score of the interns in the two groups.Results After the interven-tion,The scores of basic theory,endoscopic mapping,and comprehensive case analysis of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05),The degree of teaching recognition was 92.62±2.36 and satisfaction score was 91.34±1.25,higher than 85.65±1.22 and 85.46±2.37 of the con-trol group,the differences were statistically significant(t=13.117,10.972,both P<0.05).Conclusion The phased learning of digestive endoscopy combined with case teaching in the teaching of gastroenterology can improve students'comprehensive ability and guide students to actively cooperate with the teaching.The overall teaching effect is better than the traditional teaching method,which is worth practice.
