Analysis of the Application Effect of Problem-oriented Mode in Clinical Teaching of Echocardiography
Objective The effect of problem-oriented mode in clinical teaching of cardiac ultrasound was analyzed.Methods From August 2022 to August 2023,30 imaging interns in the Department of Ultrasound of Hunan Brain Hos-pital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,15 in each group.The control group received routine practice teaching,and the study group received problem-oriented mode teaching.After the corresponding teaching,the internship assessment results,teaching effect and satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The theoretical scores,practical scores and film reading scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and tthe difference were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).The scores of teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the study group were 89.76±4.62 and 96.23±2.75,were higher than 81.57±5.11 and 91.34±3.02 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.519,7.571,both P<0.05).Conclusion The problem-oriented mode can significantly improve the as-sessment results of interns,improve the teaching satisfaction and improve the overall teaching effect in the teaching of cardiac clinical ultrasound.
