The Application Effect of Flipped Classroom in Clinical Teaching of Endo-crine Interns
Objective To analyze the teaching effect of flipped classroom in clinical teaching of endocrine interns. Methods A total of 200 doctors who interned in the Endocrinology Department of Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospi-tal from January 2018 to January 2024 were selected, and they were grouped according to their admission numbers. The singular number was the control group with a total of 100 interns.Conventional traditional teaching methods were implemented. The even number was research group with a total of 100 interns, implementing a flipped classroom teaching model. The clinical thinking ability, expression ability, teamwork ability scores, and teaching satisfaction be-tween two groups of interns were compared. Results The theoretical knowledge, clinical case analysis scores and total scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The clinical thinking ability, expression ability and teamwork ability of the research group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group 95.00%(95/100)the research group showed higher satisfaction with teaching 83.00%(83/100),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.354,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of flipped classroom in clinical teaching of endo-crinology interns can improve theoretical scores, clinical abilities, and teaching satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
