Standardized Patient+Case Teaching to Improve the Quality of Clinical Gynecology Probation Teaching
Objective To explore the effect of standardized patient+case teaching on improving the quality of clinical gynecology probation teaching.Methods A total of 100 gynecological clinical interns in Yingshan County People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and 50 were selected as the control group using the traditional teaching method from January to December 2022.From January to December 2023,stan-dardized patient combined case teaching method was applied,and the study group(50 participants)was set up.The as-sessment results,comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The theo-retical knowledge score and clinical operation skill score of the study group were 94.21±2.54 and 93.89±2.72,those were higher than 89.34±2.11 and 87.91±2.03 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=10.429,12.459,both P<0.05).The scores of comprehensive ability and satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The applica-tion of standardized patient+case teaching method in gynecological clinical practice teaching can effectively improve the grasp of theoretical knowledge and operational skills,cultivate their comprehensive ability and improve their teach-ing satisfaction.
