Based on reality,this article clarifies the practical significance of improving the teaching supervision and evaluation system in vocational colleges,summarizes the practical difficulties of improving the teaching supervision and evaluation system in vocational colleges in the new era,and proposes specific improvement paths.The reasons for the problems and the influencing factors of the system operation are deeply analyzed,and then starting from system re-form,indicator optimization,team building,and other aspects,to take effective measures for implementation,in order to further broaden the functional and value boundaries of teaching supervision and evaluation in higher vocational col-leges,and to provide core driving and comprehensive guarantees for the deepening of education and teaching reform in higher vocational colleges and the achievement of the goal of high-quality development of higher vocational education.
