某医院运用6S管理助力文化建设的实践

为推动医院文化的建设和提高医院的管理水平,某医院引入了6S管理工具.实施过程中,医院将6S管理理念与"三爱"文化融合,按照五个批次和四个阶段进行系统化的推进,以助力文化建设和医院发展.在历时三个多月的动员准备、标杆试点、全面铺开和总结提高四个阶段的推进中,医院在改善患者就医体验、增强安全管理水平和提升内部凝聚力等三个方面取得了较大成效.随着6S管理的深入推进,医院文化建设和内涵建设得以加强,对推动医院高质量发展起到了积极的作用.
The Practice of a Hospital Using 6S Management to Help Cultural Con-struction
In order to promote the construction of hospital culture and improve the management level of the hospital,a certain hospital has introduced the 6S management too.During the implementation process,the hospital integrates the 6S management concept with the"Three Loves"culture,and systematically promotes it in five batches and four stages to help the hospital's high-quality development.In the four stages of mobilization preparation,benchmark pilot,comprehensive deployment,and summary and improvement that lasted for more than three months,the hospital has achieved significant results in improving patient medical experience,enhancing safety management level,and enhanc-ing internal cohesion.With the deepening of 6S management,the construction of hospital culture and connotation has been strengthened,playing a positive role in promoting high-quality development of hospitals.
