Construction of Hospital Human Resources Module Process Domain Based on P-CMM Five-Level Standards
Effective human resource management is crucial for the success and sustainable development of hospitals.With the increasing competition and accelerated transformation in the healthcare industry,hospitals are increasingly recognizing the need to establish efficient human resource management processes to meet challenges and promote or-ganizational maturity.Against this backdrop,the construction of hospital human resource module process domains based on the people capability maturity model(P-CMM)has become a method of great interest.This paper aims to ex-plore the research and practice of constructing hospital human resource module process domains based on the P-CMM five-level standards.By reviewing relevant literature both domestically and internationally,this paper summa-rizes the current state of research,grasps the practical application,implementation benefits,challenges,and limita-tions of the P-CMM model in human resource management,as well as successful best practices and factors.Moreover,it constructs the hospital human resource module process domain from the initial level,managed level,defined level,quantitatively managed level,to the optimizing phase of P-CMM,thereby providing references for improving the matu-rity and quality of hospital human resource management and promoting sustainable development of hospitals.
