Objective To analyze the disinfection quality monitoring results of medical establishments in Qinhuai District of Nanjing from 2021～2023,understand the current situation of disinfection quality and the risk of nosoco-mial infection prevention and control in medical establishments within the jurisdiction.It provides scientific evidence for improving the quality of disinfection work in medical establishments.Methods Disinfection quality monitoring was carried out in primary and secondary medical establishments according to Standard for Hospital Disinfection and Hygiene(GB 15982-2012)and Standard for Discharge of Water Pollutants in Medical Establishments(GB 18466-2005).Results During 2021～2023,a total of 105 primary and secondary medical establishments in the area were monitored,945 samples were tested,and 879 samples were qualified,with an overall pass rate of 93.02%.The three-year pass rates were 88.73%(244/275),92.20%(272/295),96.80%(363/375),respectively.Conclusion In the past three years,the overall disinfection quality pass rate of primary and secondary medical institutions under the jurisdic-tion of Qinhuai District,Nanjing has exceeded 90%,but there are some weak links,such as the low pass rate of healthcare personnel's hands,indoor air,and hospital wastewater monitoring.
