Effectiveness of Positive Mindfulness Stress Reduction Training in the Implementation of Hierarchical Levels of Care Management for Emer-gency Department Nurses
Objective To explore the effect of adding mindfulness-based stress reduction training to the hierarchical nursing management of nurses in emergency department.Methods A total of 55 nurses working in the emergency De-partment of China-Japan Friendship Hospital of Jilin University from February 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Hierarchical nursing management was implemented from February 2021 to February 2022(routine group),and hierarchical nursing management combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction training was imple-mented from March 2022 to March 2023(observation group).Job identity,mindfulness level and job burnout score were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of professional identity and mindfulness in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The emotional exhaustion score and depersonalization score of the observation group were 11.15±3.16 and 9.48±1.68,which were lower than 12.62±2.14 and 10.16±1.57 of the conventional group,and the score of personal achievement was 45.85±4.22,which was higher than 43.68±4.06 of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(t=2.857,2.193,2.748,all P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency department nurses'stratified level of care manage-ment based on the addition of positive thinking stress reduction training with significant application effects.
