Explore the Path of Implementing Incentive Measures to Improve the Quality of Hospital Human Resource Management
Under the new situation,hospital human resource management has entered a new period and is facing more and more severe challenges.It is necessary to take appropriate and effective incentive measures to improve the efficiency of human resource management and promote the construction of high-quality talent team in the modern de-velopment of hospital human resource management.Starting from the basic theory of incentive,the article briefly dis-cusses the importance of incentive measures to hospital human resource management.Focusing on the actual situation of hospital development,this paper explores a kind of incentive measures that takes human resource planning as the starting point and scientific performance appraisal and evaluation mechanism as the core,and combines hierarchical incentive,employee career growth planning,long-term incentive and cultural construction,aiming at providing ideas for improving the quality of hospital human resource management.
