弹性排班模式在护士人力资源管理中应用的效果分析

目的 分析弹性排班模式在护士人力资源管理中应用的效果.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月于广东省人民医院南海医院工作的23名护士为研究对象.根据排班模式实施的时间进行分组,2022年1-12月实施常规排班模式,设为常规组,2023年1-12月实施弹性排班模式,设为研究组,两组护士均为同一批工作人员.比较两阶段护理管理质量评分、工作沉浸程度评分及满意度.结果 研究组护理管理质量评分、工作沉浸程度评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组管理满意度为100.00%(23/33),高于对照组的82.61%(19/23),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.381,P<0.05).结论 弹性排班模式能有效提升护理管理质量以及护士的工作沉浸度.
Effect Analysis of the Application of Flexible Scheduling Mode in Nurse Human Resource Management
Objective To analyze the effect of flexible scheduling mode in nurse human resource management.Meth-ods A total of 23 nurses working in Nanhai Hospital of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to the time of the implementation of the scheduling model,the routine scheduling model was implemented from January to December 2022,which was set as the routine group,and the flexible scheduling model was implemented from January to December 2023,which was set as the study group.The two groups of nurses were the same staff.The two-stage nursing management quality score,work im-mersion score and satisfaction were compared.Results The scores of nursing management quality and work immersion in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%(23/33)was higher than that of the control group 82.61%(19/23),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.381,P<0.05).Conclusion The flexible scheduling model can effectively improve the quality of nursing management and the work immersion of nurses.
