Effect Analysis of the Application of Flexible Scheduling Mode in Nurse Human Resource Management
Objective To analyze the effect of flexible scheduling mode in nurse human resource management.Meth-ods A total of 23 nurses working in Nanhai Hospital of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to the time of the implementation of the scheduling model,the routine scheduling model was implemented from January to December 2022,which was set as the routine group,and the flexible scheduling model was implemented from January to December 2023,which was set as the study group.The two groups of nurses were the same staff.The two-stage nursing management quality score,work im-mersion score and satisfaction were compared.Results The scores of nursing management quality and work immersion in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%(23/33)was higher than that of the control group 82.61%(19/23),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.381,P<0.05).Conclusion The flexible scheduling model can effectively improve the quality of nursing management and the work immersion of nurses.
