Objective To analyze the value of the main service path model of general practice diagnosis and treatment in community public health management.Methods A total of 40 community public health staffs from Shenting Street Community Health Service Center,Shen County,Shandong Province from February 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.The staffs were grouped by their duties,and there were 20 staffs in the specialty group and 20 staffs in the general practice group.The specialist group was for specialized diagnosis and treatment services,and the general practice group was for general practice diagnosis and treatment as the main pathway mode of service.The two groups were compared in terms of quality of management,management capacity,and management satisfaction rate.Re-sults The management quality and management ability scores of the general practice group were higher than those of the specialty group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction rate of the general practice group was 100.00%(20/20),which was higher than 80.00%(16/20)of the specialty group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.444,P<0.05).Conclusion The general practice as a main pathway model of service delivery improves the quality and competence of management and increases management satisfaction.
