Objective To analyze the importance of enhancing the awareness of risk prevention in pediatric nursing staff.Methods From January to December 2023,24 nursing staff from the Pediatric Rehabilitation Department of the Third People's Hospital of Yongzhou City were selected as the experimental subjects.From January to July 2023,rou-tine management was implemented,and from August to December 2023,risk prevention awareness management was implemented,which were the control group and the observation group,respectively.The quality scores,risk events,and satisfaction of pediatric nursing staff in two stages of nursing work were compared and analyzed.Results The nurs-ing quality scores of nursing staff in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing staff in the observation group was 100.00%(24/24),was significantly higher than 75.00%(18/24)in the control group,the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ2=6.857,P<0.05).Conclusion Enhancing the risk prevention awareness of pediatric nursing staff can im-prove nursing quality,reduce the incidence of risk events,and improve their management satisfaction.
