Analysis of the Effect of Seamless Nursing Management Mode on Nursing Quality and Initiative of Nursing Staff
Objective To explore the effect of seamless nursing management mode on the work initiative and nursing quality of nurses in gastroenterology department.Methods 19 nursing staff in the Gastroenterology Department of Ulanqab Central Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were retrospective selected as the research subjects.The conventional nursing management mode was implemented from February 2020 to February 2021 as the reference group,and the seamless nursing management mode was implemented from February 2021 to February 2022 as the re-search group.Compare nursing quality and nurses'work initiative under two nursing management modes.Results The scores of nursing skills,nursing theoretical knowledge,professional literacy and nursing attitude of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The initia-tive of the study group was 100.00%(19/19),higher than 78.95%(15/19)of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of seamless management in gastroenterology can im-prove the quality of nursing and the initiative of nursing staff.
