Analysis of the Impact of the Application of Hierarchical Management Model in Nursing Management on the Improvement of Nursing Quality
Objective To analyze the effect of the application of hierarchical management mode in nursing manage-ment on the improvement of nursing quality.Methods A total of 72 nurses from 4 wards of the Internal medicine sys-tem of Mentougou District Hospital of Beijing from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study sub-jects.The routine management mode was implemented from January 2021 to June 2022 in the routine group.From July 2022 to December 2023,the hierarchical management model was implemented in the study group,and the two groups of nurses were the same group.Nursing quality score,nursing ability score and nursing staff satisfaction with management mode were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing quality and nursing ability in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of nursing staff in the study group were 19.25±0.58 for management content,19.21±0.57 for management form,19.31±0.52 for management degree,and 19.25±0.57 for management effect,were higher than 18.56±0.65,18.24±0.48,18.62±0.64 and 8.85±0.57 in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.721,11.045,7.100,4.211,all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical management mode in nursing management can effectively improve the quality of nursing,enhance the nursing ability and the satis-faction of management mode.
