Objective To analyze the effect of management mode of quality control group on nursing quality of cardiol-ogy department.Methods A total of 13 nurses in the Cardiovascular Department of Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Uni-versity of Chinese Medicine(Zhenjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine)from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,there was no change in personnel during the study.The quality control team management mode was implemented in January 2023.The quality of care,occurrence of disputes and management ac-ceptance were compared before implementation(January-December 2022)and after implementation(January-December 2023).Results The nursing quality after the implementation of the quality control group management mode was significantly higher than that before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).A total of 29 disputes occurred before the implementation,and a total of 6 disputes occurred after the implemen-tation of the quality control team management model.After the implementation of the quality control group manage-ment mode,the management recognition degree 100.00%(13/13)was higher than that before the implementation 84.62%(11/13),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the quality control team management model to the management of cardiology nursing care can improve the quality of care,reduce the occurrence of disputes,and the nursing staff have a high degree of acceptance of this management model.
