Objective To explore the application of multidimensional quality management under the guidance of structure-process-result theory in continuous improvement of nursing quality. Methods A total of 23 nursing staff in the Second People's Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the re-search objects. From January to December 2020,they were set as the control group, using conventional management methods. From January to December 2021,they were set as the observation group, using the multidimensional quality management method under the guidance of the structure-process-result theory.Analyze the quality of work, the com-prehensive ability of nursing staff, the satisfaction of nursing staff, the mastery of professional technology, and the inci-dence of error events. Results The work quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The comprehensive ability score of nursing staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing staff in the observation group was 100.00%(23/23)higher than 73.91%(17/23)in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.792,P<0.05).The mastery of professional skills of nursing staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statisti-cally significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of multidimensional quality management under the guidance of structure-process-result theory in the continuous improvement of nursing quality is significant.
