Objective To explore the application effect of hierarchical management in the management of nurses in acupuncture and moxibustion department.Methods From October 2020 to November 2022,20 nurses in the Acupunc-ture department of Yunyang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shiyan City,Hubei Province were se-lected as the research objects.From October 2020 to October 2021,routine management was implemented as the con-trol group,and from November 2021 to November 2022,hierarchical management was implemented as the observation group.The overall nursing ability,general self-efficacy scale score and nurses'satisfaction with management methods were compared between the two groups.Results The overall nursing ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The self-efficacy of the ob-servation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95%(19/20),which was higher than 70%(14/20)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.329,P<0.05).Conclusion In acupuncture nurses,the implemen-tation of hierarchical management mode is of positive significance,which can effectively improve and enhance the overall nursing ability and self-efficacy of nurses,and ultimately help to improve the quality of nursing.
