Objective To explore the influence of pharmacy management mode based on the concept of refinement on the work efficiency and drug allocation of western pharmacy.Methods A total of 28 staff members from the Depart-ment of Pharmacy of Lanling County People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study sub-jects,the pharmacy management mode based on the refined concept was implemented from May 2021 to May 2022 as the control group,and the pharmacy management mode based on the refined concept was implemented from June 2022 to May 2023 as the observation group.The work efficiency and job satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The waiting time and prescription time of patients in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the per capita daily dose was higher than that in control group,the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of the staff in the observation group was 96.43%(27/28),higher than 67.86%(19/28)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.791,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the pharmacy management mode based on the refined concept in the western pharmacy can significantly shorten the waiting time of patients,reduce the occurrence of prescription errors,improve work efficiency,and help improve the satisfaction of staff on management.
