Objective To explore the application of 7S management mode in anorectal ward management.Methods 13 staff working in the anorectal ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from January 2022 to De-cember 2023 were selected as the research objects.The routine management mode of the ward implemented from January to December 2022 was the routine management group,and the 7S management mode implemented from Janu-ary to December 2023 was the 7S management group.The score of ward management quality and staff's satisfaction evaluation on ward management were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of ward management qual-ity in 7S management group were higher than those in conventional management group,and the differences were statis-tically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of 7S management group was 92.31%(12/13),slightly higher than 84.62%(11/13)of control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion 7S man-agement mode can improve the effect of anorectal ward management.
