Objective To analyze the specific effect of rational use of standardized nursing management in clinical nursing management of ophthalmology.Methods From June 2022 to July 2023,17 in-service ophthalmic nurses in the Fourth Hospital of Changsha City were selected as the research objects.From June to December 2022,routine nursing management was implemented and set as the reference group.From January to July 2023,standardized nurs-ing management was implemented and set as the inquiry group.The effects of different nursing management modes were compared and analyzed.Results The nursing quality score and clinical management ability score of the inquiry group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was 1 case of improper coordination and handover of nursing work,no nurse-patient communication dispute and no violation of operation process in the inquiry group.There were 3 cases of improper coordination and handover of nursing work,1 case of nurse-patient communication dispute and 2 cases of violation of operation process in the ref-erence group.Conclusion Clinically,standardized nursing management can not only significantly improve the nursing quality and clinical management ability of ophthalmic nurses,but also reduce the occurrence of adverse events in nursing management.
