Objective To explore the effect of hierarchical management of nurses in obstetric nursing management.Methods From January to December 2023,25 obstetric nurses in the Third People's Hospital of Yongzhou City were selected as the research objects.The routine management period from January to June 2023 was included in the con-trol group,and the stratified management period from July to December 2023 was included in the study group.The nursing staff did not change.The nursing quality scores,nursing risk occurrence,assessment results,and nursing man-agement satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.Results Nursing quality scores,assessment scores and satisfaction scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).In the control group,there were 6 cases of error events and 5 cases of nursing defects during routine management.In the study group,a total of 1 case of error occurred during the stratified management of nurses,and there was no nursing defect.Conclusion Stratified management of nurses in obstetric nursing management can im-prove their performance,enhance their professional level,reduce nursing risks,improve nursing quality,and nurses have a higher satisfaction on management.
