Application and Effect Evaluation of 5S Health Education Checklist Man-agement Model in Medical and Nursing Staff
Objective To explore the nursing application effects of the 5S health management list management model adopted by medical and nursing staff.Methods 200 medical and nursing staff in the Linfen Central Hospital from Sep-tember 2023 to February 2024 were selected for the study,and they were divided into the control group and the obser-vation group by difference management(100 cases each).The conventional management guidance method and the ad-ditional 5S health management list management method were used respectively for the two groups.The application ef-fects of medical and nursing staff in two groups were recorded and compared.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of skills examination of medical and nursing staff in the observation group were better,and the evalu-ation of management quality in the observation group was better,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of medical and nursing staff with management work in the observation group was 96.00%(96/100),higher than 88.00%(88/100)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.348,P<0.05).Conclusion The 5S health management list management model adopted in the management of medical and nursing staff has better performance in improving the nursing ability of medical and nursing staff and has a positive impact on improving the quality level of medical and nursing work.
