Influence of Standardized Management on Hand Hygiene of Medical Staff in Infectious Diseases Department
Objective To explore the effect of standardized management on hand hygiene of medical staff in infectious disease department.Methods 22 medical staff of Infection Department in Liupanshui Second People's Hospital from March 2022 to May 2023 were selected for comparative study.All medical staff are grouped according to difference management;Reference group(11 participants)adopted conventional management;research group(11 participants)adopted standardized management;The management results between the two groups of medical staff was compared.Results Compared with the reference group,hand hygiene disinfection qualification rate,hand washing method qualifi-cation rate,monitoring qualification rate and handwashing time 15 s qualification rate,the statistical results of the medical staff in the study group were better,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The health knowledge score of the study group was 98.35±1.25,higher than 95.44±0.27 of the control group,the differences was statistically significant(t=7.547,P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized management of healthcare workers in hospital in-fection units can significantly improve hand hygiene among healthcare workers.
