A Study on the Impact of Flexible Management Combined with Hierarchi-cal Nursing Management on Occupational Burnout and Comprehensive Ability of Oncology Nursing Staff
Objective To study the effects of flexible management combined with hierarchical nursing management on occupational burnout and comprehensive ability of medical oncology nursing staff.Methods A total of 23 nursing staff working in the Department of Medical Oncology in Luotian County People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and the nursing staff were divided into two groups by difference manage-mant,including 10 in the control group and 13 in the observation group.The control group was treated with conven-tional nursing management measures,and the observation group was treated with flexible management and hierarchi-cal nursing management measures,and the MBI-General Survey(MBI)score and comprehensive ability score of nurs-ing staff were compared between the two groups.Results The score of personal achievement loss,emotional exhaus-tion score and depersonalization of the observation group were 38.56±5.12,15.48±3.25,4.12±1.01,better than 25.12±4.25,31.25±3.66 and 9.85±2.15 of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=6.594,8.455,8.124,all P<0.05).The comprehensive ability score of the nursing staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The selection of nurs-ing management measures for nursing staff in the department of medical oncology and the combination of flexible man-agement and hierarchical nursing management can effectively reduce the burnout of nursing staff,improve the compre-hensive ability of staff,and improve the psychological state of nursing staff.
