品管圈活动对手术室术前高值耗材配备准确率影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Quality Control Circle Activities on the Accu-racy of High-value Consumables Provisioning Before Operation

目的 探讨品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)活动对手术室术前高值耗材配备准确率影响分析.方法 选取2022年1月—2024年1月皖南医学院第二附属医院手术室46名医护人员为研究对象,2023年1月在手术室术前高值耗材管理工作中应用QCC活动,2022年1-12月为实施前,采用常规器械管理;2023年1月—2024年1月为实施后,采用QCC活动.术前抽检100件高值耗材数据资料,对比QCC活动实施前、后手术室术前高值耗材管理与使用情况,并对比医护人员的管理满意度.结果 QCC活动实施后,手术室术前高值耗材申领时间、盘点时间以及耗材损耗率均低于实施前,手术室术前高值耗材配备准确率均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).实施后医护人员对高值耗材配备管理的总满意率为95.65%(44/46)高于实施前的82.61%(38/46),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.039,P<0.05).结论 手术室术前高值耗材配备中应用QCC活动能有效缩短耗材准备及清点时间,提高耗材配备准确率并避免耗材浪费,医护人员满意度更高.
Objective To analyze the influence of quality control circle(QCC)activities on the accuracy of high-value consumables allocation before operation.Methods From January 2022 to January 2024,46 medical staff in the operat-ing room of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College were selected as the research objects.QCC ac-tivities were applied in the management of high-value consumables before operation in the operating room in January 2023,and routine equipment management was adopted from January to December 2022.From January 2023 to Janu-ary 2024,QCC activities were adopted after implementation.Preoperative sampling of 100 pieces of high-value con-sumables data,compared the preoperative management and use of high-value consumables in the operating room be-fore and after the implementation of QCC activities,and compared the management satisfaction of medical staff.Re-sults After the implementation of QCC activities,the time of applying for high-value consumables,inventory time and consumables loss rate before operation were all lower than before implementation,and the accuracy rate of high-value consumables allocation before operation was higher than before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of medical staff on high-value consumables allocation management after implementation was 95.65%(44/46)was higher than that before implementation 82.61%(38/46),and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=4.039,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of QCC activity in preoperative high-value consumables allocation in operating rooms can effectively shorten the preparation and inventory time of consumables.Improve the accuracy of consumable equipment and avoid consumable waste,and medical staff satisfac-tion is higher.
