Evaluation of the Influence of Responsibility Group Management Mode on Nursing Quality of Urological Nurses
Objective To evaluate the effect of responsibility group management mode on nursing quality of urological nurses.Methods Sixteen nurses in the Department of Urology,Department of Urology,Fourth Hospital of Changsha City from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The conventional management mode was carried out from July 2021 to June 2022(comparison group),and the responsible group management mode was carried out from July 2022 to June 2023(analysis group).There was no turnover in the internal medicine department during the two periods.The nursing quality and management satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The nurs-ing quality of the analysis group was higher than that of the comparison group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Management satisfaction in the analysis group was 93.75%(15/16),higher than that in the comparison group 75.10%(12/16),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.986,P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out the responsible group management mode can improve the nursing quality and the satisfaction rate of uro-logical nurses.
