Research on Outpatient Medical Management and Service Innovation Based on Mobile Internet
Objective To analyze the application value and service innovation of outpatient medical management based on mobile Internet.Methods From January 2019 to December 2022,20 medical staff in the outpatient depart-ment of West China Hospital of Sichuan University were selected as the research objects.According to different man-agement modes,the medical staff were divided into control group(n=10,traditional management mode)and research group(n=10,mobile Internet outpatient medical management mode),and 100 patients admitted to the hospital during the same period were selected as the observation subjects,with 50 cases in each group.The payment time,hospitaliza-tion appointment time,return number rate,complaint rate and satisfaction of medical staff in outpatient departments before and after management were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization payment time and hospitalization appointment time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The rate of return number and complaint rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group;The satisfaction of medical staff in the study group was 90.00%(9/10),which was higher than 80.00%(8/10)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.048).Conclusion The construction of outpatient medical management and service innovation model based on mobile Internet can shorten the time of payment and hospitalization appointment,and improve the satisfaction of medical staff.
