分析影像科住院医师规范化培训中运用导师制结合以问题为基础的教学法的教学效果

目的 探讨导师制、以问题为基础的教学法(problem based teaching,PBL)联合应用于影像科住院医师规范化培训(简称规培)工作中的方法及效果.方法 选取2021年12月—2023年6月在山东大学附属威海市立医院影像科规培的68名规培生作为研究对象,应用信封法分为研究组与对照组,每组34名,对照组实行导师制教学模式,研究组予以导师制+PBL教学模式,记录并对比两组规培前、规培结束后影像学相关理论知识及影像学相关实践技能考核得分情况,统计各组对本次规培教学满意度.结果 研究组规培结束后影像学相关理论知识(94.36±1.15)分、实践技能考核得分(93.26±3.14)分均优于对照组(91.53±1.46)分、(89.83±2.55)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.879、4.944,P均<0.05);研究组对本次规培教学的整体满意情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 针对影像科规培工作中积极开展导师制、PBL相结合的综合性教学方案效果显著,有利于提高规培生影像学相关理论知识及影像学相关实践技能掌握情况,对维持良好的师生关系也具有积极意义.
Analyzing the Teaching Effectiveness of Using a Mentor System Combined With a Problem-based Teaching Method(PBL)in Standardized Training for Resident Physicians in the Imaging Department
Objective To explore the method and effect of the combination of tutorial system and problem based teach-ing(PBL)in the standardized training of residents in imaging department.Methods From December 2021 to June 2023,68 standardized training students in the Department of Imaging,Weihai Municipal Hospital Affiliated to Shan-dong University were selected as the research objects.They were divided into study group and control group by enve-lope method,34 in each group.The control group was given tutorial system teaching mode,and the study group was given tutorial system+PBL teaching mode.The scores of imaging-related theoretical knowledge and imaging-related practical skills before and after the training were recorded and compared between the two groups,and the satisfaction of each group with the training teaching was counted.Results The scores of imaging related theoretical knowledge 94.36±1.15 and practical skill assessment 93.26±3.14 in the study group were better than those in the control group 91.53±1.46 and 89.83±2.55,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.879,4.944,both P<0.05).The over-all satisfaction of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive teaching program combining tutorial system and PBL has a remarkable effect in the planning training of imaging department,which is conducive to improving the theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to imaging,and also has a positive significance for maintaining a good relationship between teachers and students.
