Effect Evaluation of Problem-oriented Combined with Role Exchange Teaching Method in Pharmaceutical Interns'Teaching
Objective This paper analyzes the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method combined with role exchange teaching method in the teaching of pharmaceutical interns.Methods A total of 32 interns from the De-partment of Pharmacy of Hengyang Central Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study sub-jects,and 16 interns were enrolled from January to June 2022.From July to December 2022,16 participants were ac-cepted as the observation group using PBL teaching method combined with role exchange teaching method.Compare the two groups of interns'exam results,comprehensive ability improvement effect and teaching satisfaction.Results The test scores and the scores of comprehensive ability improvement effects of interns in observation group were higher than those in reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group was 93.75%(15/16),higher than 62.50%(10/16)of reference group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=4.571,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of PBL combined role exchange teaching method in teach-ing pharmacy interns is remarkable.
