Effect and Feasibility Analysis of Combining Film and Television Works with Case-based Learning Teaching in Psychiatry Teaching
Objective To explore the application value of problem-case learning(CBL)teaching combined with film and television works in psychiatry teaching.Methods A total of 80 interns in the psychiatric department of Inner Mon-golia Autonomous Region Mental Health Center from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 40 interns in each group by drawing lots.The control group was given traditional teaching mode,while the research group was given film and television works and CBL teaching mode.Compare the two groups of interns'comprehensive ability,teaching satisfaction,assessment results and team ability.Results The comprehen-sive ability and teaching satisfaction of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The theoretical scores and the practical scores of the study group were 95.24±1.27 and 94.25±2.14 after teaching,which were higher than 91.62±1.81 and 91.36±2.07 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=10.354,6.139,both P<0.05).The team ability of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion CBL teaching combined with film and television education in psychiatry teaching can improve the learning ability of the intern team,teaching satisfaction and students'comprehensive learning ability.
