Analysis of the Application of the Overall Clinical Thinking Ability Culti-vation in the Teaching of Rheumatism Immunology
Objective To explore the application effect of training overall clinical thinking ability in rheumatology and immunology teaching.Methods A total of 40 medical students practicing in the Rheumatology and Immunology De-partment of Dongtai People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 20 in each group.The control group was given the traditional teaching mode,and the research group was given the teaching mode based on the cultivation of overall clinical thinking ability.The assessment results,overall clinical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the study group were sig-nificantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The overall clinical thinking ability score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%(20/20)was significantly higher than that of the control group 70.00%(14/20),and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ2=4.902,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the teaching mode based on the cultivation of overall clinical thinking ability in the teaching of rheumatology and immunology can effectively cultivate the overall clinical thinking ability of medical students and improve their teaching satisfaction.
