Analysis on the Development Status of Cancer Hospitals in Beijing
Objective To provide a reference for the sustainable and healthy development of cancer hospitals by com-paring the current situation of cancer hospitals in both Beijing and the whole country.Methods A descriptive analysis and comparative study were made on the scale,hospital and economic operation of cancer hospital by using data from the Compilation of Statistics of Health Work in Beijing(2019-2021)and the China Health Statistical Yearbook(2020-2022).Results The average level of medical resources is sufficient,the clinical skill is advanced and the operation condition is good for cancer hospitals in Beijing.However,there are still problems such as insufficient land for medi-cal use and low salary level.Conclusion Cancer hospitals should pay more attention to rational distribution,talent cul-tivation and quality of medical services,to satisfy the growing demand for medical and health services.
